SBC logo 204x204Description: When most people consider the Covenant that God made with Noah, they have the tendency to think of rainbows …and not much else.  But in this incredible section of Scripture we see promises that extend to every man, woman, and animal, and even the earth itself.  And in those promises we see where God’s judgment and mercy meet foreshadowing the final redemptive work of Christ.

    • Preservation – no flood, regular seasons, restrain evil (Rom 8:22)
    • Perspective – worldwide proclamation of the Gospel (Rom 10:18, Ps 19:4, Rom 10:12, Matt 28)
    • Purpose – remind God, which comforts us
