Key Text: Philippians 3:12 – 4:1

Description: There’s no doubt we’re living in challenging times — times in which there is an unprecedented effort to marginalize Christian values.

Today on Scandia Bible Church Podcast, we welcome back our Down Under pastor and pianist friend, Kris Baines, to share the encouraging message that though we face challenge, with Jesus, we can remain unshakable.

5 very ENCOURAGING Reasons to Keep Going and Stand Firm in our Christian walk (imperatives):

  1. Jesus has made us His own.
  2. Jesus has granted us citizenship in heaven.
  3. Jesus is coming to take us to heaven.
  4. Jesus is going to transform us into His image.
  5. Jesus rules over all things.

5 PRACTICAL Reasons to Keep Going and Stand Firm in our Christian walk (indicatives):

  1. Recognize that we are all a work in progress.
  2. Refuse to live in the past.
